The service provided by the Otaku Republic staff was exceptional they were polite and fast in replying to my emails regarding questions. The transaction was quick yet the delivery took much longer than expected though that was not their fault but the mail delivery from my country. Overall a very nice experience!

Normally I rate everything over 5 but this time it took a lot of time to came out and even to arrive to my home specially since it was supposed to be a fast delivery (it took a bit more than a month). That and the books came a little bit hurt on one of the corners. I understand that it has 3 books and 1 of them was specially huge since it was an big anthology but maybe on those case they should add another carton or something so this way it wont get damaged or just a carton package not a envelope package.
