I was a frequent customer from 2020 to 2022 circa, stopping for a while due to personal issues and the pandemic's aftermath. Recently I have decided to purchase one doujin due to me trusting the Republic franchise after all these years. Great customer service that quickly answered my question about shipping choices and fast shipping that reached me in pristine conditions! I will definitely buy something again in the future.

Due to Covid 19, I had to pay in addition a fee international shipping of 10$, but I understand it. After paying that, the order arrived in a few days! The personal of the web site is always fantastic, kind, helpful and clear. They sent me also a gift as memorial to my first purchase.

My first purchase on Otaku Republic was simply great: the team is very nice, the packaging method is extremely accurate and everything arrived clean and in perfect condition. I'll definitely make other purchases! Also, I felt very happy in finding an omikuji to wish a happy new year in my package. It was like receiving a bit of Japan at home (≧▽≦). Highly recommended!

Ordering from a country far away from Japan I was a little worried about the handling of my package, but the site looked very promising and trustworthy so i made my first purchase choosing the priority shipping option. Although all the (expected) shipment issues due to the COVID pandemic i was always noticed about where my package was and even sent a picture of the product when they couldnt ship it to my country reassuring me that it wasnt lost but safe and taken care of, every step in the shipment was noticed to me and the KINDNESS that they delivered every notice with made my heart warm and thankful. The package arrived safe and sound, impeccably and carefully wrapped (like no package I've ever seen before, you could have thrown it from a window and the book would have been just fine XD ). I will never stress this enough but even for things that had nothing to do with the priority shipping choice the kindness towards the costumer and the quality of the shipment/product made this shopping experience not just efficient but also heartwarming and refreshing (being used to much less pleasant costumer services).
