Honestly, I was really surprised! When I was buying my doujinshi on other site, it would always cost extra for a good packaging. So, I would always fear that the quality of the book would be damaged, because I didn't want to pay more than I already had. The doujinshi on other site are also expensive. Especially the shipping fee. (つд⊂)
When I bought on Otaku Republic for the first time, I was expecting a worst result for the service and the item. After all, it cost less expensive. However, I did not expect such a great result in the end. The package is so well done and secured! Despite the Comiket event, the waiting time isn't too bad. (??????)??
What really made me happy was the gift for the first purchase. It was a really great surprise. Thank you very much! (? ???????)?

Didn't have any issue that actually required contact with a customer service, but my experience was excellent! Everything was great, no confusion, straight forward, doujinshi came in really well packaged and padded, with no scratch or bend. The shipping was surprisingly fast and efficient.

- Very good. Well packed. Prices are reasonable. Shipping was fast. Just some slight corner damage on my book, unfortunately. Packing cardboard was also slightly bent. Was packed well, though. Don't know how that may have been helped.

I was a little worried because it took two weeks for handling (though I understand of course that they have to consolidate everything!) before shipping, but then priority shipping took only four days to get from Japan to Canada, so that definitely helped!
