I ordered twice from Otaku Republic and while it was slow the first time (because of covid), the second time it arrived in two weeks, much faster than expected. Packaging was very secure (cardboard and bubble wrap, two layers) and the item was in almost-perfect condition even though it was used. I also got a bonus keychain gift that I was not expecting and it was so cute! Emails are always friendly and helpful. Also you have pretty hard-to-find older items so I'm very happy! Would definitely order again.

- I got my first order today (my second and third orders arrived before this one as they were shipped priority) and once again I am very pleased with my purchase the services that were provided. The packaging was excellent, as usual. I have never received a book from any other company that has been packaged this well and the condition of every item I have received is pristine. My order came with a free badge and a fortune slip, which was a really nice bonus and I greatly appreciated it. I have already started recommending Otaku Republic to friends.

- I have used one of the sister websites so much that I decided that it couldn't hurt to browse Otaku Republic and see what was offered on this site as well. I liked the idea of being able to request items I wanted that wouldn't ship to my country. The selection was so good that I didn't actually have to request any of the items I was interested in because they were already listed. I just recieved my second and third order and I was very satisfied with the services Otaku Republic provided. My package arrived incredibly fast and items were packaged with a lot of care. I even recieved a very nice gift as well. I will definitely be making more purchases and would recommend.
