Didn't have any issue that actually required contact with a customer service, but my experience was excellent! Everything was great, no confusion, straight forward, doujinshi came in really well packaged and padded, with no scratch or bend. The shipping was surprisingly fast and efficient.
The only caveat was the delivery person leaving the package on the stairs of my apartment building for everyone to steal instead of my front door, but that's outside everyone's control. -
