When I think about buying some doujinshis, OtakuRepublic is always the very first option that pops up in my mind and there's a reason for it.
Many reasons, actually. User-friendly website, the staff are so helpful and nice throughout the whole process, no hidden taxes, easy payment method. The package itself is carefully handled and secured with thick layers of bubble wrap and cardboad and there's this flyer inside stating that it's made to protect your purchase even if it goes under water. Seeing how mine arrived, yeah I believe it.
The only down I can think of is how pricey everything is. If you're from a country which currrency is extremely weak against the mighty dollar like mine, be prepared. Your wallet will bleed. Profusely. Is it worth it though? It is for me! Because I know I'll be treated well and won't have the HASSLE of looking for shopping/forwarding services, calculating endless fees or worrying for how it is packed and if it's going to survive the whole trip plus the horrible mail treatment in my country. My package arrived safe and sound on my hands.
Overall, OtakuRepublic is the best online place to buy your doujinshis. Go for it.

- The best thing I could do was find this shop online it not only had the itens I wanted but also in a good price and fast delivery. When I received the packaged it was saying it contends 3 books (my order) and 1 cd. At first I thought it was a mistake and that I would need to contact to send back but then I opened the package (which was really well wrapped) and see that it was a gift. I couldn't stop smiling. It wasn't just a gift it was a awesome well chosen gift from the serie I had brought. Also there is a letter with the order that are making me smile whenever I think about it. To finish my feedback everyday I was seeing a product that i wanted to buy but wouldn't buy it until now. Some time after receiving my order I bought it because I know I can trust this shop.

- Incredibly fast shipping that arrived earlier than predicted. With the product I ordered I know I paid a bit more than I would have paid for in another place - but the shipping fee would be more expensive anywhere else and otaku republic has delivered my package quickly and safely in a place that is usually very uptight about customs. I will definitely be shopping here again when I am able to. It more than made it worth it. The customer support was also very attentive and helpful when I reached out asking about changing the address if necessary as I was about to move and it all worked out very well in the end. Along with my order a memo pad was sent as well - from the same series related to what I love and I really appreciated this gift! So thank you for everything and I really appreciate the hard work you have put into this!
