Shinjuku Metro Promenade （新宿メトロプロムナード） is an underground access way for subway lines in Shinjuku. Since this area is so spacious, various companies in Japan sometimes set up big-scale promotions (ads, projected image or animal / character suits) in limited period of time.

You are able to check them in less than three minutes, walking through there, if you change the trains right there in Shinjuku Station!”

★THE IDOLM@STER: Cinderella Girls

Not only a super huge mascot stuffed animal but a commercial video was also shown from day to day. A life-size character (appearing in the game)’s posters were also displayed on the pillars and we could take a picture with it!

★KINGDOM HEARTS (キングダムハーツ)

A stained glass clock based on the stage of the game was set up, commemorating 15^th of anniversary after its release. Besides, posters of successive characters and a part of model sheets (in frames) were displayed as well.

★Katsugeki Touken Ranbu (活撃　刀剣乱舞)

This is a new anime starting to air in summer, 2017. When they were displayed, newly-drawn ‘Yagen Toushirou’ and ‘Tonbokiri’ were announced at Shinjuku Station as two of the three characters who would appear in anime.

★TERRA FORMARS (テラフォーマーズ)

Amazingly, a draft of the new episode ‘0’ was exhibited and we were actually able to read it. The background ads were so huge that people who came to see it could read it even when they were walking.

★Fate/Grand order

The posters of characters were displayed on the pillars and the stickers of the same carved seals as characters’ in the game were distributed in order of arrival. Those stickers became such precious items since they were limited and those who could luckily get them were able to feel like they were actually the characters.

★PSYCHO-PASS (サイコパス)

A remade machine called “Sibyl System”, which appears in anime, was exhibited. It could confirm the face and measure PSYCHO-PASS of the person who was taken a picture. If the person got a high record, the character would emerge from the monitor and he/she could actually see the performance of “execution”, just like the one seen in anime.

A super huge poster was displayed, commemorating its app distribution. What’s more? Some button badges were attached to the poster so those who came to see the poster were able to get it for free!

★CARDFIGHT!! Vanguard

Just like IDOLiSH7 introduced above, exclusive goods were attached to the poster, commemorating the trial deck’s release. The goods were the special starter book, in which they could read the 1^st episode of manga-version for the beginners.

★Dragon Quest

An event in which passers-by smash 100,000 slimes drawn on an air cushion, with a title of “Suppress 100,000 slimes!” took place. Even those who hardly knew about Dragon Quest were smashing them eagerly and enjoyably.
