Visiting the location of scenes in novels, movies, dramas, and animation, considering these places as equivalent to holy places. (=pilgrimage)

Mafuyu(^q^): Great idea! Seichi Junrei! I’ve never done this before though!

Aoi(ﾉ*'ω'*)ﾉ: I really think we should! If we actually visit those places where our favorite characters were, we would feel their existence, I mean... we would get excited!

Mafuyu(^q^): I wanna do this! I wanna visit a holy place of Yowamushi Pedal, Hakone!

Aoi( ´_ゝ`): Hakone is a sightseeing site and it’ll be perfect to travel to as well! I wanna go to Onsen (hot springs) too.

Mafuyu(・ω・): I know Saori-Senpai went to Love Live!’s stage, Akihabara for ★Saori Press Vol.82★ but which holy place did you visit, Aoi?

Aoi( ´_ゝ`): I visited Fafner(Hiroshima), K(Tokyo) and Durarara!! (Tokyo). I’ve even visited holy places of Shinsengumi or one of the classic literatures, The Tale of the Heike as well (Kyoto, Hiroshima, Hyogo), even though they were not the ones of animation.

Mafuyu(^q^): Wow~ you’ve been to so many places.

Aoi(｀･ω･´): So today, I’ll show you K’s holy place which is the most memorable place for me among all the places!

Speaking of the attraction of K (K-Project) whose K(TV),K: Missing Kings(movie),K: Return of Kings(TV2) and the K:Seven Stories will be newly released, it’d be battle scenes and beautiful pictures on screen, even with dust shining in the air.

K’s stage is in the parallel world, modern Japan. There are so many places that became models in the world, holy places!

Among those holy places I visited Ashinaka High School!

Guess what? angela (who sings the theme song)’s concert took place in the gym of Ashinaka High School last year!! Of course I went there too! Speaking of the gym, the main character, Shiro, who fell down from the airship, happened to meet Neko, right?

How fortunate was I to be able to listen K’s songs in K’s holy place... Lucky me as an angela’s fan! It was such a memorable and fun concert, screaming No Blood! No Bone! No Ash! with all the fansヽ(*´∇｀)ﾉ

And when I was walking off the school, I saw Ashinaka High School’s boarding school!

Of course I couldn’t get in, but I felt emotional thinking about Shiro, Kuro and Neko, eating meals or little meetings over the dining table. ( ・ω・ )

Mafuyu(^q^): Have you been to all the holy places of your favorite anime?

Aoi( ´_ゝ`): I have so many more places to visit! K’s holy places are in Dresden too, you know?

Mafuyu(^q^): Really~? Not only in Japan but there are some overseas as well, huh?

Aoi( ´_ゝ`): Right! Speaking of overseas, I want to go to the stage of Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans!

Mafuyu(^q^): Where are those stages?

Aoi( ´_ゝ`): Canada and USA!

In the Earth Version (Episode 22 and 25), battle was depicted in the stage of Edmonton in Canada.

Aoi( ´_ゝ`): I’ve heard that this was shown in the local free paper under the title of “Edmonton smashed by robot”.

Aaaand, houses of McGillis Fareed and Gaelio Bauduin who belong to Gjallarhorn are in the USA!

A model of Fareed’s mansion is Frank Lloyd Wright’s residence “Wingspread”.

Aoi( ´_ゝ`): I really want to visit there for preparation of Season 2, but I’m just gonna do with these pictures for now...

Mafuyu(^q^): Since I’ve never done pilgrimage before, I didn’t know there are some holy places even overseas. We can enjoy even more if we know where the holy places are!

Aoi( ´_ゝ`): Hehehe. You should go to Hakone, Mafuyu! Why don’t you guys do pilgrimage to your nearby holy places or somewhere you can go using Google Earth? ♪
