(　･`ω･´) “It’s a sacred place for OTAKU! It’s such a wonderful town, Akihabara, full of anime and the most up-to-date electric appliances!!!!”

(  'ω') “By the way, what’s Akihabara’s origin like? It wasn’t famous for anime or electric appliances at the beginning, right?”

As time went by, it got more prosperous for the market where they sell products for entertainment such as wireless electric appliances, model railroads or computers. Then regular electric appliances or anime goods started being in circulation, which has led to the most advanced town for trends of the times!”

★The best sightseeing spots in Akihabara for Otaku!

 

 

(  'ω') “By the way, are there any places in which you can recommend in Akihabara?”

 

 

(*゜∀゜*) “Of course! Here we go!”

 

 

★Around Akihabara Electric Town exit（秋葉原駅電気街口）

You can enjoy shopping at various shops where you can buy anime goods such as Toranoana and Animate. You can also visit game centers, large-scale mass retailer stores and even AKB Theater there. If you explore alleys, away from the main street, you’ll see many exclusive electric appliance stores. Actually, these places were where we mostly visited in this trip.

 

 

 

★Kanda Myoujin（神田明神）

This is a shrine where three Gods are defied; the God of marriage, the God of thriving business and the God of warding off evil. It’s about 10-minute-walk from Akihabara station. It was founded in 730 and has been watching Akihabara which has grown for more than 1000 years. In the anime, ‘Love Live’, they practiced within this site, which made it famous as a sacred place.

Σ(ﾟдﾟ;) “Oo...oops!!! We hung out too much and took more pictures for fun even though this trip was actually for work!”

(ﾉ*'ω'*)ﾉ “I couldn’t help but take this picture since it was such a cute mascot character I found in Akihabara! I took the left one in the front of the café which I thought had good food and drink. It’s close to Akihabara station. Then the right one, I took it inside of Kanda Myoujin. I don’t know exactly what kind of character this is though... I saw Saori-San and Boss taking lots of pictures so I wanted to take the ones that you two were never going to take!”

 

 

(´▽`) “HAHAHAHAHAHA. Go back to Akihabara again and take more.”

 

 

(ﾉ*'ω'*)ﾉ “I gotcha! How long can I stay there this time?”
