“Range of Bahamut” (Shingeki no Bahamut) is a social battle card game, which is highly acclaimed not only in Japan but also abroad.
This game is played from cell and smart phones. The Japanese version was released in 2011 and foreign versions in 2012. There are more than three million users worldwide. It was announced that an animated version will be released soon named “Rage of Bahamut GENESIS”.
In the world of “Rage of Bahamut”, humans, gods, and demons exist. However, those of them bring up battles: humans fight for prosperity and advancement, gods for dignity and belief, and demons for destruction and distress. As a player, you select one of them and explore this world.
There are approximately 7000 different cards to play. Among of them, is a card that is collaborated with Hatsune Miku of VOCALOID that has a special feature. When a player obtains this card the original song of the world imaging of Rage of Bahamut will play.
I am totally absorbed in playing this game due to the distinctiveness of its illustrations. The illustrator of this game said , “In general, illustrators are not asked to draw in high detail because the images are displayed on a cellphone screen. However, this product shows the details beautifully using maximized resolution. That’s why we can maximize our skills fully.” As he said, girls in the game are cute and beautiful, boys look cool, and there are many cool characters.
Among them, Dark Angel Olivier’s figure is extremely beautiful, the first thing you will notice is the streaming hair, cloths, and facial expressions are reproduced in high detail. Personally, I recommend the tomboyish Kerberos as a good example of the high quality incorporated in this game that you will enjoy playing for many hours.
