So good it might be illegal

"Driver's High" by Mozuya features the story of policeman Yukimura who happens to see a racing car speeding up beside him way too fast, so he starts chasing the car. Obediently the expensive car's driver pulls over as told and, oh look, it's Masamune! Starting off as a routine, but when the policeman tells Masamune to get out of the car, the seat belt won't come off (expensive car, but it gives off the air that they produced the seat belt on a Monday, going on like "Nah, forget it"), so Masamune can't reach his driver's license or anything else for that matter. In the end Yukimura has to climb into the car himself, but what Yukimura thought to be coincidence or bad luck was all very well planned out...
