Kougarekou....always brings the tears and love by Lorey April 10, 2019: This doujinshi is very well made. It reminds me of the doujinshi Es (different author though- Komae Salon/Azusa Matsumoto) because the cover is sturdy and softly textured. The title is in shiny gold letters and the artwork is beautiful.

For me, this is a quiet story. Please do not think quiet=boring. The illustrations and story were able to capture me and pull me into the deep world of Hijikata and Gintoki's complex relationship. Again, this particular author always leaves the rest up to you, long after you read the last page, close the doujinshi, and place it back on your bookshelf.

This doujinshi is a must have for those who love this couple.
