No Regrets!

I actually bought mine through an auction via Otaku Republic because the reserves were closed. Glad I did because didn't think the price would get THIS high on O.R.! I used my extra 26x16 Foam pillow (I can only use foam pillows) and it fits perfectly! Took a while to shove it in, but the results—holy cow, I love this... also love the fact that it arrived 1 day before my birthday :)

Otaku Republic's staff were extra careful when helping me place a bid on certain sellers. Customer service is always #1 on my list, which is why I keep coming back. Their staff is amazing, extremely nice, and reasonable. Much better service than any of the sellers on eBay.

My item arrived on Christmas Eve, which was the perfect gift! I wasn't expecting it to arrive so soon after the item was released (thanks for the FAST shipping during the holiday season! WOW!), but I am very, very pleasantly surprised. I love the pillow case! It was packed well and arrived in excellent condition. But what really made me want to write this review was the free gifts that came with it... I love them! The clear file is beautiful, and I love the adorable Kazama badge too. Seeing the gifts made me so happy that I want to order from you again as soon as I can. I can't thank you enough.
