The setting is a snowy country! The first family trip...... But if they can't earn stars, will the family dissolve!?

To eliminate the conflict between the east and west divided nations, Loid Forger infiltrates as a spy. He spends time with Anya, an orphan, and Yor to avoid suspicion, forming a pseudo-family.
However...... Anya is actually a telepath who can read other people's minds, and Yor is an assassin who punishes villains trying to worsen the east-west relations! All three live as a family, hiding their true identities......
One day, Loid receives a directive to change the person in charge of the ongoing spy operation, effectively a command to dissolve the family. At the same time, at Anya's school, a cooking practice is held where the winner is awarded a 'Star (Stella)'.
Loid thinks the change in charge is because they haven't obtained a 'Star', and to show some progress in the mission and continue the current task, he plans to somehow get Anya to earn a 'Star'.
Thus, Loid suggests Anya make the traditional sweets of the Frigis region, a favorite of the principal who serves as the judge of the cooking practice. The family heads on a trip to the Frigis region to experience the authentic taste, but......
