If you want to catch up to the latest episodes quickly, then the manga is the way to go. If you want to enjoy more immersive experiences and additional scenes, the anime version is recommended. The anime version is gradually catching up to the manga's finale, and up to now, it has been adapted up to just before the final chapter. Plus, in June 2023, the anime adaptation of the manga's final chapter was announced, so I think it will be animated in the latter half of 2024 or the first half of 2025!
