・Izaya Orihara

He is one of the persons whom people should not be his enemy and the most evil man in Ikebukuro.
He is a fixer of every incidents in the story and his behavior is very aggressive.
He usually works as an informer.

He has a handsome appearance, but his hobby is people-watching and takes extraordinary actions without hesitation for the hobby.
Besides, he loves everybody and devotes his mercy for all the people equally regardless of blood relationship or friendship.

However, exceptions are Shinra Kishitani, his only friend, and Shizuo Heiwajima, a man who has been in a cat-and-dog relationship with him since they were students.
Especially in Doujinshi, he is often with Shizuo Heiwajima.
