Reiuji Utsuho is an end-stage boss from Touhou Chireiden ~ Subterranean Animism.
She is a Hell raven, and lives in the underground world.
She Komeiji Satori's pet, and once was a normal Hell raven.
However, she was given the power of Yatagarasu, the incarnation of the sun by Suwako and
Kanako soon after they came from outside.
As a result, she gained the power to control nuclear energy.
Seeing this, Kaenbyou Rin realized the danger she was to herself and the earth, and sent her revengeful ghosts.
She is tall, with long hair, and the control rod on her right arm is one of her distinguishing features.
She controls nuclei with her right arm and both legs, and can shoot flames from her control rod.
In battle, she's shown surrounded by flames, and attempts to overwhelm you with her fire powers.
In particular, "Uncontrollable Nuclear Reaction" hits just about everywhere, and is said to be one of the most difficult spell cards in the game.
Also, the ☢CAUTION!!☢ message that flashes when she uses a spell card is pretty threatening. I recommend experiencing it yourself.
The music is also very cool, so that's not to be missed.
She is often with characters like Kaenbyou Rin , Komeiji Satori , Komeiji Koishi , etc.
