My first order! by Leon Dec. 28, 2014: I stumbled upon Otaku Republic while looking up an event an artist I knew was going to attend. Since the site was offering doujinshi for sale, I checked if they had anything of my OTP. I was surprised they had something UKHK since it's not really popular. I had to order it.

The whole process was pretty fast. I had this item in my cart for a while since I kinda wanted to reserve it while I checked my Paypal funds. I was surprised to see an email from their manager, Shingo, asking if I was having any trouble with ordering since my item was in the cart for a while. I heard their customer service was amazing, but woah, seeing it for myself was just, wow. They even answer inquiries after their set working hours O_O Now that is dedication.
