Couldn't be happier

After searching online for a bit I found this store and what can I say, as long as the payment options let me, I will continue to order here! The customer service was very competent, patient and fast. To round the service side off, they were also very nice and friendly. Regarding the order itself, everything arrived timely *and* was packaged really well - no damages at all! Despite FedEx having quite the reputation for handling things rather roughly in my city, the package was so sturdy and the products protected so well, I might as well have picked up my books right at the printer, thats how good the condition was! The prices are absolutely fair on top, I am very pleased. I will definitely return.
(And thanks for the little extra, as I had a really rough time due to various things this was a much needed and very successful little pick-me-up, I cherish it a lot!).
All in all, all expectations met and exceeded!
