My doujinshi came a week earlier than expected which was great~ Like my last order everything was in excellent condition~

I was very impressed by the integrity of Otaku Republic. I ordered a calendar but couldn't read the description. I almost immediately received an e-mail explaining that the calendar only went through March of 2014 and asking if I still wanted it. I didn't as I wanted a calendar for all of 2014. My order was cancelled and refunded. I was given several options which did meet my requirements. I ordered one of those options. I received the calendar several weeks later. It was exactly what my daughter wanted.

Oh gosh their service was even better the second time~ I asked (through e-mail) if they would be able to get a doujinshi from toranoana && they responded within the day - at night though considering time zone differences - and gave me a better deal than other professional proxy services! They are also quick in processing and delivering I got my package within 2 weeks! I was amazed by the packaging because it was bubble-wrapped twice with cardboard behind my doujinshi to assure that it won't bend; And all these precautions came with the free shipping option. I've had wonderful transactions with Otaku Republic so rest assured that their excellent service and friendly staff will leave you very satisfied~

Very Great I was pleased and surprised by the amount of communication between the seller and the customer. Everything shipped quickly and when the package had arrived everything was in perfect condition and fit picture quality that was seen on the site.

Amount of time package took from the time it was delivered from Japan to the time it got to my home was fast. The item came in excellent condition.

I was very impressed with the selection of items. I ordered a mix of both doujin and official goods. I will certainly feel comfortable ordering doujin goods from Otaku Republic in the future because these were high quality and I felt I got my money's worth. I was also very pleased with the speed of shipping. I didn't have to wait long at all. Staff were very good at communicating as well. I will definitely order from them again (when my wallet has recovered!)

Otaku Republic has an amazing selection of otaku goods! I found tons of item I wished to own. I was really surprised how fast the items were shipped to me. On other sites it usually takes a couple weeks to a month for my order to arrive.

This product service was better than my last as it arrived much earlier and I couldn't be happier with my order.

Customer service is absolutely fantastic! I was given speedy replies and the most genuine support. My item was packaged wonderfully and I've been non-stop squealing over my purchase since it got here a couple weeks ago. Definitely going to order again soon! Highly recommend!!

I would have rated my satisfaction a 5 instead of a 2 if it had not been for your second question related to gender not including an "other" option and a response being required! I am sure you did not mean to but you are excluding valuable customers. I am personally taken aback.
