Very satisfying. I never had a problem with Otaku Republic. I also find their prices for the doujins to be pretty decent compared to other sites I've seen out there. Here are some of their many positive facets: - Their customer support is top notch. You can expect them to reply back within a day and they will try to help and inform you as much as they can. - You can basically request anything from Japan as long as it's available. Whether it is doujins figures or charms.. I've even seen some people request clothes from small shops! - The package is also safely delivered (bubble wrapped) which they will provide you with a tracking code. Your items will arrive within a week after it has shipped unless told otherwise. From how I've been treated I can tell you that they are excellent in their service all around. If I did have any problems (such as an unavailability of an item or the post office) it wasn't their fault. I would definitely recommend this site to anybody interested.

Your services are always cheap and fast! There hasn't been a single order that I've been unhappy with and as far as merchandise goes its the biggest collection on all of my favorite animes and mangas! This is definitely my favorite place to shop by a long shot :)

Excellent service! I ordered my book with the expectation it wouldn't arrive for 2-3 weeks and I find that it had only taken 1 week to arrive. The book was securely wrapped in bubble wrap on cardboard and taped shut for extra protection. I was surprised at the speed and how well taken care of the product was!

I was really surprised with how quickly the response came in to my request!
