by A.A Male / United States Sept. 10, 2013: Packaging was good BUT there was one thing missing: The package should have carried a "DO NOT BEND" warning. Many people's mail boxes (both outside of their homes and at the Post Offices Boxes) are a lot smaller than doujinshi. Postal workers often bend larger enveloped in half to fit them into the mail boxes - even when there is stiff cardboard inside instead of putting them in a large over-size bin where they would not be damaged. Of course bending the doujinshi like this damages them a LOT and reduces much of the value. (If I decide not to keep an issue in my collection I might sell it and get most of my money back and buy another issue - but when it is damaged like this you cannot get much money back) Mine was bent in half because there was not a "DO NOT BEND" warning on the package so the postal workers thought it was just a magazine. I was angry with them for doing this instead of placing it in the oversize bin where I could have gotten it undamaged. There are red stamper pads that have "DO NOT BEND" on them: I use them whenever I ship doujinshi in the United States and overseas to inform the postal staff not to bend the item in half.

I also find their prices for the doujins to be pretty decent compared to other sites I've seen out there. Here are some of their many positive facets: - Their customer support is top notch. You can expect them to reply back within a day and they will try to help and inform you as much as they can. - You can basically request anything from Japan as long as it's available. Whether it is doujins figures or charms.. I've even seen some people request clothes from small shops! - The package is also safely delivered (bubble wrapped) which they will provide you with a tracking code. Your items will arrive within a week after it has shipped unless told otherwise. From how I've been treated I can tell you that they are excellent in their service all around. If I did have any problems (such as an unavailability of an item or the post office) it wasn't their fault. I would definitely recommend this site to anybody interested.
