from ordering to arriving took just over 20 days, condition is always superb...but what surprised me was that my combined orders arrived in a box?? [never had this before :D ]. Choice of doujinshi seemed limited, and prices seemed a little high.

took 20 days from ordering to arriving, comics came in excellent condition as always, don't worry your packaging is still superb! XD but what i really want to say is that i thoroughly enjoy receiving the emails that spotlight how the staff are getting on - especially the birthday ones! it's just so heartwarming and adorable to read how everyone's day/event went [and a certain someone's quest to always have chocolate XD may the adventure forever continue!!] , i've always enjoyed these as they bring a smile to my face, it's just nice to read how friendly everything is at the combined Republic branches. You guys and gals are just superb to do business with!

it took an entire month for my Otaku/Doujin order to get to me! i have never had an order take so long [some have come close but never reached] and it's all thanks to Fedex -constant faffing and not keeping the status uptodate [they maybe experiencing delays but that's not an excuse for incompetence] i just wish that Republic had made it clear on the basket/checkout pages that this is the service their using! when my order eventually came it was battered and dirty beyond belief but the contents survived intact but with afew comics having slightly bent corners - goes to show how good Republics packaging is as i fear my books could have ended up much worse! Please Otaku make it obvious somewhere we can see if you have alternative courier services available!, this is just a slight hicup as i still find Republics service and dedication to be the best of the best [and still quick to respond to any enquires ^.0]

Packaging was an exceptionally good point and was well packed. Surprised me how well it was packed. I was also pleasantly surprised by the travel time as other packages from a similar region(Philippines) have taken way longer to arrive for me. Additionally, compared to using aocs, the site is laid out in a much easier to understand and read way for English speakers, and that I really appreciate
