- My heart would have sank if this was stopped at the customs am so glad I chose the right middleman (Otaku Republic) to work with. I'd strongly recommend anyone to give them a try for the following reasons: 1. The most important reason: Mr Tominaga was so extremely (I emphasise extremely) patient with the many many questions I had and even a hiccup (problem) with my address I had during checkout. 2. Their packaging is also insanely careful and detailed I had to unwrap the box and unwrap twice the bubble wrap. It just shows how dedicated they are they also attach some informational pamphlets to explain part of their working/packaging procedures. 3. My order came with a bonus :D Looking forward to potentially buy from them again in the future.
