The books are packaged so neatly and we'll! They're in wonderful condition!

It was awesome I was surprised on the good quality of the delivered goods and cried tears of joy when I found out that the shipping was free. (Because shipping to Australia is expensive ;v;)

Very co operative fast and easy service. Easy to use browse website. Friendly staff.

Great communication items in perfect conditon and came quickly!

Communication was excellent all inquiries I had were answered quickly and the staff were very friendly. I like that I was notified at every step of processing my package. My items arrived on time in perfect condition and the extra gift was very much appreciated. The packaging was absolutely outstanding my local postal service can be careless with packages so I'm honestly very thankful that the items were wrapped securely enough that they weren't damaged during delivery at all. Overall my experience with OtakuRepublic has been top-notch and I would be happy to shop here again.

Your business service in general is very good to excellent. I like how you give little extras to frequent/regular customers. Response time to question(s)/inquiries are very good to excellent.

Wonderful speedy responses and purchase updates

I've never had a problem with the service here at Otaku Republic. The package always arrives in top condition since it's so thoroughly prepared and of course the bonus gift is great too.

Communication and customer service was very good

AMAZING packaging so neat and tidy I couldn't think of any improvement!

Everything was perfect except prices for individual doujinshis are very expensive.

Item was posted quickly and arrived faster than I expected. The inclusion of a charm from the same series as the item I bought was a happy surprise especially since it was my favourite character! Someone took a lot of care with the packaging the item was very well protected.

Otaku Republic is such a good site. It's easy to search for doujin and items and you can even search by character name! This makes it very easy to find the items that I want (as I love Diavolo from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and it is hard to find doujin or items of him as there are not many!) The packaging is perfect and they even gave me a free JoJo (Killer Queen) keychain with a cute note! I am telling all of my otaku friends to shop here for their anime goods!

Came sooner than expected and was wrapped carefully. Goods had remained undamaged! Def recommend buying from.

Very good costumer service and great careful packaging of items.

Great packaging and everything arrived in a good time.

I love my doujinshi! Thank you very much for the gift as well! The Akashi charm is way too cute! :)

Great!

Quality was perfect shipping was fast and packaging was high quality.

Absolutely amazing service! Was updated at every stage and the handling and shipping time was super quick. The packaging was great everything was very well protected. The free gift is awesome and I am very grateful!! I enjoyed the personalised letter. I really appreciate the amount of care put into your services!! I will definitely be ordering again.

Thank you so much for shipping my items to me in perfect condition. Although on the website it said "used " the items appeared brand new to me. Shipping was really fast although handling was a bit slow but I appreciate the level of care that was put into wrapping my products. I also want to extend a personal thank you to whoever's idea it was to include the key holder with my package. Gintoki is my favourite character in Gintama and there are not enough words to express how overjoyed I was to receive it. I've never shopped at any other online store that put so much care and effort into encouraging me to come back. I will most certainly be ordering with you again.

Excellent service!! Even though the doujinshi were listed as used they were in excellent condition and the double bubble wrap packaging and care of the delivery were both outstanding in keeping them safe until i've received them.

Love the free shipping and the customer interaction is wonderful. Items were packaged nicely and arrived quickly.

Excellent service. I love how it gave extras and the fact the it is related to the theme of the items i bought. It's all in good condition and no damage or whatsoever. I'll definitely order from here again~

Always excellent! Doujin are well-packed and in excellent condition there's a fantastic selection range and the little gifts tailored to the buyer's fandom add a bit of surprise to every package! Plus you're the fastest international deliverer I've ever dealt with - usually delivery to Australia is two to eight weeks and I've never had a package take longer than seven days to arrive on my doorstep!

I wish I'd discovered Otaku Republic earlier! This is the best customer service I've come across with great communication and prompt support. The staff is very helpful and polite and pleasant to deal with. No trouble at all. Rates are decent and the free shipping is godsend. The bonus gifts are great too.

The shipping was fast the item came in top notch condition and I loved the little free gift for my first purchase!

Wonderful communication - always keeping the buyer updated through email. Really loved the fast delivery and great packaging. Overall everything was satisfactory.

I've ordered multiple things from otakurepublic and I could not ask for it to be sent in any other way. It's packaged incredibly well and is always delivered within a reasonable time. The small gifts are also always a surprise and I am very grateful for them. I absolutely love the service and continues emails to whether I have received my packages or not showing who much care is given to all customers. I would definitely recommend otakurepublic to anyone and everyone I know.
