The prices are quite high compared to other online stores, however the shipping is free so you know how much you are paying upfront. The customer service is quite good and they reply to questions are very fast. The handling time can be quite long but the items are in perfect condition, like new. Also there are rarer items available that cannot be found in other places. They also will include a free bonus gift which relates to the characters you bought, usually if you purchase more than one item, which is very nice.

I believe this is my 6th purchase from OtakuRepublic now and as always I’m impressed by not only the quality of the books I’ve ordered (and the free gifts 😊) but also the care gone in to packaging them- you’re the only company where I don’t have to be concerned about my items 👍 also appreciate the emails asking if I’m enjoy my purchases because it lets me know I should have my items by now (and 5/6 times that’s been the case and the other was only a day out~)

My purchase was triple bubble-wrapped and securely packaged with cardboard in between my books. It arrived in a timely manner (in 7~ business days). Will also mention that my order consisted of books I requested and the request itself was answered within a day. I have absolutely no complaints about customer service at all.
