In my opinion, the timeframe when the main protagonist in Fire Emblem: Three Houses meets students is a few years behind compared to the one when Shez meets students in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. And the positions or status are different too. Not as a professor but as a student? I guess they will interact differently!
