※Especially for those who haven’t played it yet, please note that this article contains slight spoilers of Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
Hello, everyone! It’s coming up pretty soon! Can’t wait to play! It’s Saori from Otaku Republic!
Hello, everyone. I know most of the games that Saori is sharing with us is the horror game. I’m Otaku Republic’s Boss.
Not this time! Well, I loooove horror games but this time...... It’s releasing on June 24th! We’ll be featuring this action game, focusing on the story where ‘it could have happened’!
【Fire Emblem】Releasing on June 24th! “It Could Have Happened.” What is the Action Game, Fire Emblem Warriors, Focusing on a Story of Three Houses, Like?
What Kind of Game Is Fire Emblem: Three Houses?
Fire Emblem: Three Houses
Fire Emblem: Three Houses...... it is a story where he becomes a professor and leads students?
Well, yes or no! It’s a simulation RPG that released in 2019!
You are invited to teach one of its three mighty houses, each comprised of students brimming with personality and represented by a royal from one of three territories. As their professor, you must lead students in their academic lives and in turn-based, tactical RPG battles wrought with strategic, new twists to overcome!
Yep, I remember that part. Is Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, which we’ll be sharing today, the sequel of that one?
Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. What part is different from Fire Emblem: Three Houses?
The main protagonists are different!
According to the official introduction, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is a ‘if’ story! First of all, the biggest characteristics is...... the main protagonist is different!
Mmm~ That means it depicts a story of Fire Emblem: Three Houses with another point of view?
Well, no...... Shez, who is the main protagonist of Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, is not appearing in Fire Emblem: Three Houses......!
Right. And the main protagonist of Fire Emblem: Three Houses is known to be the strongest existence called Ashen Demon, who attacks Shez who was working as a mercenary......!
I don’t know why. But Shez, who was risking his life being attacked by Ashen demon, was saved by a sacred existence named Arval.
That means these two games are quite different, huh?
Yep. One is a simulation RPG whereas the other one is an action game, so the genres are different in the first place. And Shez, who was saved, starts to train as a student at the academy to retaliate Ashen Demon!
How students look are different!
The academy which Shez entered is the same as the one in Fire Emblem: Three Houses?
I think it’s the same but...... we see a little difference. The stance that students hold is the same as the one in Fire Emblem: Three Houses but how they look are different! For instance, look at this character, Dimitri......
Dimitri (Fire Emblem)
Wow~! They have totally different vibes on them! The one on the right looks more adult-like......?
Right. In my opinion, the timeframe when the main protagonist in Fire Emblem: Three Houses meets students is a few years behind compared to the one when Shez meets students in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. And the positions or status are different too. Not as a professor but as a student? I guess they will interact differently!
On top of that, we see some characters we haven’t seen before too...... But I’m sure those who have played Fire Emblem: Three Houses might be able to figure out ‘who those characters are’!
It looks like you are able to have a deeper interaction such as having meals, working and training together. This part is similar to Fire Emblem: Three Houses, which is really good, huh? I really want to go eat lunch or dinner with a big sister Mercedes and Annette-Chan again.
It’s clear that they are enjoying eating meals but as for other interactions, they seem to be preparing for battles?
Fire Emblem: Three Houses
Right. What is the story going to be like? Why do they say ‘it could have happened’......? I, who have played Fire Emblem: Three Houses, am so curious about it! So, you guys! Check out Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, releasing on June 24th!
