So! It’s Saori from Otaku Republic.
I mean, it cannot be helped though.. The one airing now is Season 4 but Season 3 aired a couple years ago (Oct 2016 to Dec 2016)… There’s no way we remember everything, right?
Today’s article was actually written for me, who don’t remember the old Episodes and want to review everything real quick, because I really look forward to watching it!

Recap for Hikyuu!! Season 1~3! So many things happened, huh…?

Encounter of Hinata and Kageyama, and reunion

Hinata-Kun, who had an incredibly high skill of volleyball even though the junior school he was in was not famous or anything, showed up in front of Kageyama-Kun, who was then getting a lot of attentions as a star player from the famous junior school for volleyball. The winner was Kageyama-Kun, but they both promised to compete again and both went on to the high school.

Formed! Karasuno High School Volleyball Club!

Guess what? They both (Kageyama-Kun and Hinata-Kun) entered the same school, Karasuno High School. Even though Karasuono High School Volleyball wasn’t organized at all with some new members joining the club and due to various incidents that happened before, more and more members came back after these two joined the club.

Toward the Inter-high school athletic meet! Practice match VS Nekoma High School!

To win the Inter-high volleyball match, Karasuno High School volleyball team did a practice match with another school. The school was literally their fate rival school, Nekoma High School Volleyball Club…!

Inter-High Match Finally Kicked off!!

After the practice match with the strong team, Nekoma High School, the Inter-High match finally kicked off, while reflecting themselves from the practice matches! The long journey of the match for Karasuno High School Volleyball Club started…!

VS Aoba Jyousai High School!! A Match Against the Champion Team!

The third match in Inter-High was against Aoba Jyousai High School. It’s the super strong team with the record ‘fourth strongest team in the prefecture’, and guess what? They were Kageyama-Kun’s former teammates. In this match, Kageyama-Kun got rid of his weak part through Hinata-Kun, who assisted him. Then…

Inter-High is over, and then…

They lost the match. Karasuno High School could not win. Everybody was disappointed but they all were ready to go on… when Karasuno High School got a chance to join the training camp in Tokyo, where only strong teams could join! With a new manager, Karasuno High School Volleyball Club is going on the next chapter!

Full of strong teams! They all face their good and bad points and aim for another step!

In the training camp, not just Nekoma High School but various strong high school volleyball teams such as Fukurodani Academy also joined! There, everybody readmitted what they missed for the winning.

Another Chance! Prefecture Match in Spring!

Karasuno High School improved for sure from the training camp. To win at the official match, they decided to participate in the prefecture match! Here comes another journey began…!

Fate Re-Match! VS Aoba Jyousai High School!!

Karasuno High School finally climbed on the semi-final. The opponent team was their fate rival team, Aoba Jyousai High School! It was such a fierce match for both teams! Which won…?

Finally! Go on to the Final! The opponent team was The Absolute Champion Shiratorizawa Academy…!!

The winner was Karasuno High School! But before they can feel pleasure, they had to fight for the final. The opponent for the final was The Absolute Champion Shiratorizawa Academy, which was formed only with the scholarship students for volleyball. Karasuno High School fought against this team, which was stronger than Aoba Jyousai High School!

The winner is…!!!!!!!

Karasuno High School was the winner after a long, scary and close match!! They finally became the champion at the official match! When all the players enjoyed the winning and were about to go back to their regular school life… when they were asked to come to the intensive training camp from All-Japan Volleyball Association…!

As I write the recap like this, it’s super bland but in Season 3, the author depicted about the final match against Shiratorizawa Academy, taking all 10 Episodes! It was full of love by the staffs!! It was awesome, huh~??
It didn’t extend to Episode 12 but again, but the image of Anime was as smooth as the movie version! Literally, it was Anime that was loved by the staffs…

It was a summary of Season 3! How about Haikyuu!! TO THE TOP (Season 4)…!?

“I’ll go first.”

They proved their strength in the Inter-High and many players were asked to join the training camp, while Hinata-Kun wasn’t asked at all. So he secretly joined the training camp which Kageyama-Kun joined! What kind of players are going to be there to target the ‘top of the world’, who Hinata-Kun and Kageyama-Kun will meet…!?

Hinata-Kun and Kageyama-Kun have taken the same path in the same pace. In season 4, they don’t take the same ones. But since they apart each other, there are something new they can see. After they see the new rival players, they face their possibility and immatureness… That’s Haikyuu!! TO THE TOP!
The original Manga version finally got into the final chapter! Anime version will be depicted, following that too! Haikyuu! Anime Version! It’s been THREE YEARS! Don’t miss it out!!
