Saori(゜∇ ゜) “What I’m featuring today is one of the 2019 Fall Anime, Ensemble Stars, now on air! In the original, they have already depicted the future course of the students after they graduated! So it’s not just Anime but the original is also getting so much attentions! Among all the Chara in Ensemble Stars!, we picked some of the Couplings, which have been HOT in Otaku Republic!”

 

 

 

 

 

 

★Takamine Midori x Morisawa Chiaki【MidoChia】

 

The relationship of the two: Negative kohai (junior) and positive senpai (senior)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “Both Takamine Midori and  Morisawa Chiaki belong to Ryuseitai（流星隊）!”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “Who is Morisawa Chiaki?”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “He is the leader of Ryuseitai, who is in 3-A class. He is also the captain of the basketball club and his physical strength is so high that he even does a great job as a stuntman too! He yearns for the Hero so he tries to work very hard and behave cheerfully so he can be the one someday! He loves to be relied on by people but is not good at relying on someone. He does his best to save others but he never wants to ask anybody for a help. He always takes a great care of people.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “And who is Takamine Midori?”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “He is a member of Ryuseitai, who is in 1-A class. Like Chiaki-Senpai, he also belongs to the basketball club! Actually, he wasn’t going to apply for the Idol Department. He accidentally applied for it and plus, this school was very close from his house.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “He is introvert and never be confident so whenever someone, who is attracted by his good-looking appearance, gets closer to him, he/she gets disappointed and is gone, because of this gap… He never be confident about his personality and appearance… That is him. His hope is to get a ‘ordinary happiness’ but… he’s having a complicated feeling because in the Idol Department, he belongs to the unit, where their motif is a Hero Squadron, which is too far from the reality.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “Chiaki-Senpai takes too much care of such Midori-Kun. It’s annoying to Midori-Kun but Chiaki-Senpai is the one who watches over him closer than anybody else. So she knows how much he struggles and makes efforts. That’s why Midori-Kun can never leave such Chiaki-Senpai alone… This is their relationship!”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “While their personalities are quite opposite, they can never leave them alone, which is the common thing for them. Episode 13 is when Ryuseitai (which both of them belong to)’s attractions are depicted! It’s the Episode, where they try to grow being positive even though Chiaki-Senpai is cheerful and kind and Midori-Kun is introvert! ★Sakuma Rei x Oogami Koga【Reikoga】

 

The relationship of the two: The owner and his dog

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “I mean… I’m serious. First of all, I’ll share things about Sakuma Rei with you!”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “He calls himself a vampire. He is in the 12^th grade of high school. He is in the band and the leader of UNDEAD. He takes really good care of people but loves something funny at the same time. He is kind of a legendary person, who other students were scared of because he opposed to the student councils.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “He appeared and played an active role from Episode 1 to 12! To me, he appeared more as a Senpai who supported Trickstar to make the revolution happen, rather than as the leader of UNDEAD… He looks like a carefree man but he is dignified and talented as an idol, so I have the image of him being a dependable Senpai…!”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “And Oogami Koga-Kun is also a member of UNDEAD and he is fierce like a ‘wolf’. He is confident and wild and he has, what we call, a ‘bossy’ character but he has a dog (corgi) called, ‘Leon’. Adorable.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “While he shows his personality being super wild, he also has a charming side, where he loves dogs. He started appearing in Anime since Episode 1 and I remember seeing him play such a thrilling fighting scene.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “So… then what kind of relationship do they have… Literally, they are ‘an owner and his dog’.”

 

 

 

「犬のしでかしたことは、飼い主である我輩の責任でもある」

“What my dog messed up should all be my responsibility.”

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “This is what Sakuma-Senpai said. Sakuma-Senpai, who is always calm, relaxes and sometimes even uses an active Koga-Kun… I should say they are just like the owner and his naughty dog.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “By the way, for Koga-Kun, Sakuma-Senpai is the one he looks up to since he started being called a legendary person. (He had a little complaint about being called a pet dog, though…) Koga-Kun understands Sakuma-Senpai better than anybody else, such as how talented he is as an idol, his charismatic aspect and his attractions. Sakuma-Senpai also cherishes him, even though he complains about him, because he knows that he takes really good care of his Kohai (junior) and he still respects him. He wouldn’t be in the same team with him in the first place if he didn’t like him, right? You might see them not getting along each other because of his harsh tongue but they do have a strong bond in their heart.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “Unfortunately, in Anime version, UNDEAD hasn’t been focused on yet but… there will be the Episode where it will be focused on deeply, like Ryuseitai in Season 2! So let’s hope so! Can’t wait, huh??”

 

 

 

 

 

★Tsukinaga Leo x Sena Izumi【Izuleo, Leoizu】

 

The relationship of the two: Buddies who set up the Knights together, and also the leader and the assistant

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “Who is Tsukinaga Leo?”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “He is the leader of the unit, Knights, whose motif is the knight. But he never appeared after the game started. The next time he appeared was some time after the service started. He is one of the most talented artists in school and he offers so many music to the world of show business. He’s already rich enough to be able to live in the rest of his life with the money he earned from copyright but he never brags about it and freewheeling enjoys composing music.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “And who is Sena Izumi?”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “As you know, he is a troublemaker who appeared in Anime. He attaches to one of the model buddies, Yuuki Makoto and Sena has even abducted and got him under restrain just because he wanted him back to the model industry.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “His personality could clearly be seen in Anime but he has a bad mouth and is confident, so not so many people might not have the good image about him. But while Leo-Senpai was taking a leave of absence, he was in charge of the substitute leader of the Knights, trying save his spot in the unit until he comes back. A confident man and a freewheeling man… they don’t seem to have a good chemistry but they have never lost their bond in the Knights.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “Actually, their relationship is so deep that they were also depicted so well in the newly-written novel besides the scenario of the game app. Why did Leo-Senpai take a leave of absent? What was Sena-Kun thinking while he was away? It was the newly-depicted scenario, which included such questions and more fans ‘came to like the Coupling of these two…!’”
