 How about a splendid love?  It’s the Otome Game special(*○'3`)★+ﾟ！

 

Guess what! We have the Otome Game special in the Saori Press this time(〃´▽｀〃)！

 

 

By the way, what is Otome Game(｀Д´≡｀Д´)??？

Searching for this question, I found out that it’s a general term for love related games for women, whose main characters are women(o'ω`σ)σ。

 

 

In short, we get to love men characters through the main women characters in the ‘Otome Game’.(´•ω•｀♥)。

 

 

I somehow fall in love with maniac characters when I play games like this…(*‘ω‘ *).  I guess I love to be in love with a little different characters more than the ordinary ones…(ﾉ´∀｀*)

 

 

Well then!  What kind of games are there in the Otome game?  I’ll introduce some Hanako’s recommendations to you guys！(人´∀｀)．☆．。．:*･°

 

 

 

★Hakuouki

 

 

This is a Japanese love-adventure game based on the themes, 「新撰組・Shinsengumi」and 「Oni (鬼・Devils)」which actually existed in Edo period(*゜∀゜)=3!!！If we were to ask what titles the Otome game has, I bet this is the one we would pick.

 

 

I’ll give you summary of this story... In 1863 in Kyoto, Japan, a heroine starts looking for her father who disappeared with some members of Shinsengumi, who she happened to know because of an incident.... Both the heroine and the members had ‘secrets’ which they could never tell anybody...

 

 

The attraction of this game is “Being loyal to historical fact”.
So, the men characters who are in love with heroines cannot always have happy endings…(´；ω；`)。

 

 

But at the same time, you can see how strongly men characters live ~ getting over the severe reality.  You can also see the bond between the man and the heroine at the end...  The game shows each character’s personality.  That’s why it’s always picked up as  one of the Otome games！(´；ω；`)！ I shouldn’t expose this.. but the BADEND (Bad Ending) of this game is as greatly evaluated as much as the HAPPYEND (Happy Ending) in which they become happy!

 

 

Beside the games, Hakuouki has animation in it several times, so if you’re curious to know what it’s like, check out the anime too!  You can also learn Japanese history so I recommend it too(人´∀｀)．☆．。．:*･°！

 

 

 

 

 

★AMNESIA

 

 

As you can see from this title, this is a love-adventure game which the heroine who has lost her memory and tries to get it back!

 

 

This game is much more thrilling and suspenseful compared to ‘other Otome games’!

 

 

The purpose of heroine is ‘to get her memory back and to know why she’s lost it’ but... there are so many bad endings in this game!  It used to be famous before because there were many choices that the players had to make, but it ended up with the bad ending  right away…((((；ﾟДﾟ))))  It looks like you can explore the right route experiencing such bad endings, even though the bad endings are quite surprising.

 

 

But ‘losing memories’ itself is the most exciting part of this game!

 

 

First, the heroine can decide which ‘man’ character she wants to hang out.  Right after that, she can make him her boyfriend.  But, due to her not having any memories about him, the ‘man’ and the heroine have to figure out what kind of relationship they had ~ without any clues...!  How were they getting along before?  What happened to the man and the heroine before?  It’s so interesting to play with the same view as the heroine’s ~ being thrilled and excitedΣd(゜∀゜d)！

 

 

This has been televised as the anime after the game!  So please check the anime out if you’re interested!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

★Kamigami no Asobi - Ludere deorum

 

This is a love-adventure game whose theme is a ‘myth’!

 

 

It has been viewed as a problem that the number of Gods that hate humans in the God’s world has been increased these days.  To solve this problem, the God ‘Zeus’ gathered various Gods from each myth called ‘Hakoniwa’ ... like a half-breed school.  Zeus mixed only one girl with other Gods to help them understand what is ‘Human’ and what is Love’. Limited to only one school year, he also said that, in the meantime, if the Gods can’t understand humans, everybody including the heroines should be locked inside the ‘Hakoniwa’....

 

 

The attractions of this are ‘宿命(God’s destiny being a motif)’ and ‘歌(Song)’ (o'ω`σ)σ！

 

 

Each God and heroine can have two kinds of endings; the ‘Love END’ and the ‘Destiny END’.  The ‘Love END’ is literally a route that they can have prior to love. (I can’t say more about it because it’s gonna come to light..)  On the other hand, the ‘Destiny END’ is a route where you can solve problems, facing the destiny the God has.

 

 

For instance, as Hades Aidoneus is ‘the God of Meifu’, you will solve the problems related with ‘the dead’ or ‘the curse’ in the ‘Destiny END’. It is like the ‘Love END’ which is the happy life with the heroin, versus the ‘Destiny END’ where you can never run away from Gods, getting over the severe reality being with them!  Every God must think that they want to solve the problems together as the scenario of ‘Destiny END’ is great(´；ω；`)！

 

 

Also, there is a scene where the Gods perform singing in the game, which is so great…(人´∀｀) You can see them singing in the anime, so don’t forget to watch Kamigami no Asobi – deorum of 2014 spring anime!  It’s not too late!

 

 

 

 

 

 

★DIABOLIK LOVERS

 

 

This work consists of the original situation CD with the themes of the ‘vampires’ and ‘extreme love’.

 

 

Since this original work is CD, you can’t be in love with men characters with your will…((((；ﾟДﾟ))))  Instead!!! The men characters approach the heroines directly!!!  That’s so extreme!  It’s sexy and extreme!

 

 

It’s being televised right now.  People who have watched the 1^st episode make comments such as, “This is an anime that you have to keep running away from the handsome vampire brothers”.  It’s becoming so popular now!

 

 

Comparing the ‘Kamigami no Asobi – Ludere deorum’, which has also been televised, all the men characters who appear in the ‘DIABOLIK LOVERS’ are individual and so sadistic!  Here are some comments about the comparison:  “The men characters are too gentle to the heroines in ‘Kamigami no Asobi. (The ‘DIABOLIK LOVERS’ are just too extreme..)”  “The men characters in Kamigami no Asobi are modest when they approach the heroines. (The ‘DIABOLIK LOVERS’ is just too extreme..)”

 

 

Since they’re the vampires, the heroines are bitten by them!  But the way they are bit is so... …(*ﾟ∀ﾟ)=3

 

 

I didn’t expect that this work will make it to the sales of the game... but it did make it as the ‘DIABOLIK LOVERS MORE,BLOOD’ from the PSP in 2013.  And it became the adult-like game which is only for people over 17 years old…(*ﾟ∀ﾟ)=3

 

 

Those who want to experience the incentive love or deserve the outrageous affection should try this out with both the anime and the game…(*ﾟ∀ﾟ)=3
