Yuuri and Yurio, who could not find the answer to the question, “What’s the Eros to me?”, was ordered to do an ascetic practice by sitting under a waterfall in the premise of the temple by Victor.

After Yurio went back to Russia, he started training so hard that he could never have before. He overcame such a strict training never to lose anymore. And here he comes. He showed up in front of Yuuri at the competition in Russia.

Mafuyu(^q^)’s Pick! 【Yurio Being So Kind That He Gave Away Piroshki / Episode 9 】

『才能ない奴はさっさと引退しろヴァーカ!!』

“Go ahead and retire if you don’t have any talent, idiot!!”

(Mafuyu) thought (Yurio) was a character who had such a sharp tongue. Yurio was impudent and competitive even though he was younger. I didn’t hate him but it didn’t mean that I liked him so much.

『やるよ。もうすぐ誕生日なんだろ』

“It’s yours. Your birthday is coming up soon, huh?”

But the episode 9 was when I came to like such Yurio. Yurio threw the paper bag at Yuuri, who was going to go home after the competition.

Inside was “Piroshki with Katsu-don inside”, which Yurio’s grandfather made him.

『これ…カツ丼だ』　　　『そう！』

“It’s... Katsu-don, isn’t it?” “Yep!”

『俺のじいちゃんの手作りなんだ。うまいだろ』

“My grandpa’s home-made. Isn’t it good?”

Mafuyu(^q^) “This smile made me come to like Yuriko...! Even though he always behaves in such a cold manner, that moment was when he showed us his natural face, looking his actual age. My heart skipped a beat!”

For Yuri!!! on Ice,

Katsu-don is 【Yuuri’s favorite food and a special food which he cannot eat unless he wins the competition】.

Boss( 'ω') “Look at everybody’s faces when they are eating Katsu-don! They all look happy, don’t they? That makes me wanna eat Katsu-don.”

Saori(゜∇ ゜)’s Pick! 【The Moment When One Person Became Two People / Episode 9 】

(僕はひとりで滑っていく。その為に何が必要なんだろう)

Yuuri was beaten hollow at the Grand Prix Final last year and cancelled the contract with his coach.

He was looking over his hometown, thinking...

Then he decided to keep skating even all by himself.

『そしてグランプリファイナルで優勝させるぞ』

“Yuuri, I’ll be your coach from today.”

“You see, I’ll make you win at the Grand Prix Final.”

One day, Victor appeared.

Even though Viktor kept his own pace, being wild and free, he kept supporting, comforting and scolding Yuuri.

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “I watched the episode 1 again the other day... then I got moved even more and even naturally, watching this episode 9. Even though Yuuri thought that he had been fighting all by himself but everybody (his family, buddies) was right beside him, watching him. Viktor was the one who made him realize it. Then they finally decided to be together until the end. These two are the best part for me.”

Boss( 'ω') “Oh, come on. You like Makkachin after all... But I realized one thing after four of us picked our best parts.”

Boss( 'ω') “Everything we picked were in episode 9.”

Saori(゜∇ ゜) “Ahhh... True... Yurio’s Beauty and Smile, Piroshki with Katsu-don and Makkachin...”

Aoi( ´_ゝ`) “But I bet episode 10, 11 and 12 will be even more exciting getting closer to the final episode...”
