The first performer is Lee Seung-gil.

His theme of this season is ‘greedy’. He aggressively shows something different with more male sex appeal.

 

What this guy is dancing is the mambo (the sensual dancing music which Cuban folk songs tied to the rhythm of African native music or the dance itself).

The mambo dance is the dance that a lady and a man face each other and dance with rhythm shifted.

 

I got surprised, because Lee Seung-gil, who hate ladies, dances the mambo dance!?, but heard that he requested to do it “to break his own shell”. How greedy he is!!!

 

Speaking of the mambo dance, a Japanese popular Yuru-Chara (local character) called Funassyi was dancing in a Japanese CM. (Not related)

Different from Funassyi, he doesn’t show any facial expression. He finishes the mambo dance, being super cool.

As he is the only one who succeeded quadruple loop in an official match, he perfectly performed the quadruple loop. He obtains his personal best score and entertains the audience.

 

 

The next skater is this person - Emil Nekola.

He doesn’t show anything nervous, and moreover, he is very relaxed. He is dignified although he is still 18 years old.

Although he falls and fails his quadruple Salchow jump, he shows one of the most difficult combination jumps which his sister Sara only can do among all the currently active skaters, just to protect his sister.

By defeating Emil Nekola, he becomes top 2. Of course, his love for her is wonderful, but I just wish he will win even without her.

 

 

The next skater is this - Katsuki Yuuri.

 

It is still Russia Championship. It is Viktor’s hometown so the audience calls Viktor everywhere.

 

Viktor is answering the cheering from fans.
