Hello everyone~! I'm Saori from Otaku Republic!

This time! It seems a special episode commemorating the 30th anniversary has been decided for broadcast! ...But somehow, I have a feeling it's going to be really serious...!!

It doesn't really feel like... celebratory, but rather super serious! It seems like a pretty big incident... The broadcast date is September 25, 2026, but according to the information revealed at this point, while the world is bustling with excitement over the arrival of new banknotes in Conan's world, counterfeit bills are found at the scene of a certain murder case. The discovery that a large amount of counterfeit bills is circulating almost simultaneously with the arrival of the new banknotes causes great confusion among the public. Conan and his friends locate the source of these counterfeit bills in Osaka and head off to solve the case with Heiji and the others, but...!?

Also, following this episode, the broadcast of ”Murder on Misohito Island” has been decided! This is also a case related to the 30th anniversary, but surprisingly, production is underway as the very first viewer-participatory anime in Conan history! It hasn't been revealed yet how viewers will be involved in the story, but the anime production is steadily progressing right now, and the day it can be unveiled seems to be near...!

Throughout the many years of Conan's serialization, there were cases dealing with counterfeit money, but there should have been very few! At this 30th-anniversary milestone, what kind of incident will be depicted... Please look forward to the broadcast on 9/25!
