This time! At the live event held at the end of May, the production of a theatrical anime movie was surprisingly announced! Although the release timing is still unknown, the animation studio and other details have been revealed, so let’s check out the details right away!

Paradox Live is a HIPHOP media mix project themed around near-future HIPHOP battles! In the near future, ordinary live battles are no longer interesting, and battles called “Phantom Lives” have become wildly popular! Rappers create phantoms linked to their emotions through a chemical reaction between accessories made of a metal called “Phantometal” and their own DNA, overwhelming their opponents and the audience. The work depicts an ensemble drama of units participating in Paradox Live, a battle where they compete for superiority based on the perfection of their show-like live performances!

Up until now, Paradox Live has developed projects such as music releases, stage plays, and an anime adaptation...... but what was announced this time is, shockingly, a theatrical anime movie adaptation! On top of that, it has been confirmed that the four units newly introduced in the later seasons, who did not appear in the TV anime series, will also appear in this theatrical anime movie!

And the animation studio for this movie has been decided as STUDIO GRAPH77! STUDIO GRAPH77 is a production studio owned by Avex Pictures, and although not much time has passed since its establishment, it is also the company that produced Tatsuki Fujimoto’s 17-26 “Shikaku”! Since it looks like a production studio that will steadily accumulate more achievements in the future, let’s keep an eye on how the quality turns out!
