More dangerous than the underworld, the ”youth do-over” action comedy Kill Blue anime starts broadcasting in April 2026!

Kill Blue is a school comedy manga drawn by Fujimaki Tadatoshi-Sensei, who previously serialized Kuroko's Basketball! Kill Blue was serialized from April 2023 to September 2025 and was completed in 13 volumes! This anime adaptation was announced in its final chapter!

The protagonist of the story is a 39-year-old legendary hitman.
However, due to the venom of a bee he was accidentally stung by,
his body has turned into that of a middle school student......!?

The story's protagonist, Oogami Juzo, is a highly skilled 39-year-old man known as the ‘legendary hitman.’ He spent his days operating in the underworld, but one day he was suddenly stung by a bee...... and lo and behold! His body rejuvenated into that of a boy around middle school age!!

Juzo is ordered by his boss to attend middle school as a middle school student, just as he looks, until a way to return to his original form is found. Since his memories remain and he has the knowledge of a 39-year-old professional hitman, he thinks there's no point in taking middle school classes now...... but actually, because Juzo had devoted all his time to improving assassination techniques as a hitman, he had no experience attending school. Therefore, modern middle school life is fun and exciting beyond his imagination! Can he return to his original form before even his heart becomes that of a middle schooler......!?

Compared to the previous work Kuroko's Basketball, Kill Blue has quite strong gag elements and is funny, and it's a balanced work with serious hitman scenes as well!
