Here’s the plot: mysterious invaders suddenly appear on Earth, and 15 surviving students are gathered at the Last Defense Academy. However, this school is frequently attacked by mysterious enemies known as 'Shinkousei' (invasion students). The 15 survivors try to defend the academy, but extinction seems inevitable...... That’s when a strange mascot character proposes: 'You, the chosen ones, can gain overwhelming power to defeat the invaders by using the weapons embedded in your hearts.'

In other words, you can generate overwhelming chemical weapons in exchange for your life. Without that power, you can’t repel the invaders. For some reason, the academy has a device that can physically revive people over and over...... During these 100 days, the player must decide who will be 'sacrificed' and when, in order to fight off the periodically appearing powerful enemies.

Even if one can be revived after death, the psychological pain is unimaginable. Who are these invaders driving humanity to extinction? What secrets is the academy hiding? And what will become of the 15 students? There are said to be over 100 possible endings. Based on your choices, who dies, who survives—you get to decide.
