This time! A long-awaited app has been released in Japan! You might get a glimpse of the secrets and daily lives of those beloved characters—something you won’t find in the manga or anime!

To explain it simply, Chiikawa Pocket is a smartphone app where you can 'experience' the world of Chiikawa! You earn money by pulling weeds or going on missions, then use that money to upgrade your house or your kitchen booth at festivals! While missions and weeding have appeared in the anime and manga, this app features new sides of the Chiikawa characters that can only be seen here!

For example...... the popular character Momonga has never participated in missions in the anime or manga, but in Chiikawa Pocket, you can send them into battle (armed with a roasted marshmallow, of course)!

You can even see Kurimanju, who's usually drinking, doing some real cooking! He does offer snacks and drinks sometimes, but seeing him prepare full meals feels pretty rare! Of course, he’s still enjoying his usual canned drinks (?) and snacks (?), but I can’t wait to see what kind of dishes he whips up!!

So as you can see, the more you know about Chiikawa from the anime or manga, the more you’ll appreciate the hidden everyday scenes featured in Chiikawa Pocket!
