So! The release date for the first chapter of the Kimetsu no Yaiba movie trilogy has finally been set! Chapter 1 will hit theaters on July 18, 2025! It’s just four months away—closer than you think! In March and April, recap episodes of the anime and revival screenings of past movies are planned, making the excitement in Japan reach new heights!

Now, the biggest topic among fans is: 'How much will Chapter 1 cover?' The Infinity Castle Arc, which serves as the final saga, spans volumes 17 to 23 of the original Kimetsu no Yaiba manga. So, if you've read the complete series, you already know what to expect!

Since it's a movie trilogy, I suspect they might split the story into two volumes, two volumes, and three volumes across the three films. That means Chapter 1 will likely cover volumes 17, 18, and possibly 19...... But we’ll have to wait and see!

Since the Kimetsu no Yaiba manga has already concluded, the movies will include plenty of additional scenes and content! Expect to see character moments that weren’t fully explored in the manga—making it worthwhile even if you already know the story! Chapter 1 will showcase an intense battle involving a certain character...... I can already feel the heartbreak, but at the same time, I can’t wait to watch it!
