For those who haven’t watched Episode 1 yet, here’s a quick summary: Sakamoto, once a living legend as the strongest and most superhuman hitman who carried out every mission with cold precision, suddenly decides to retire one day.

The reason? Love at first sight—how romantic! Upon getting married, he vowed, 'I’ll never kill anyone again.' Now, he has a child and has built a happy family. Though......his physique is quite different from his hitman days.

However, Sakamoto’s peaceful days are disrupted when a young hitman and esper named Shin shows up.

This encounter sparks a series of events where hitmen constantly come after Sakamoto! Apparently, someone has placed a bounty on him......? Can Sakamoto protect his wife, children, and peaceful days? SAKAMOTO DAYS is a story that blends the ordinary and extraordinary life of a 'non-killing' hitman!

The biggest appeal of SAKAMOTO DAYS lies in the manga’s incredibly impactful and dynamic action scenes! The action is beautifully depicted, dynamic, and captures moments with striking brilliance. That’s what makes this manga amazing—it perfectly matches the thrilling hitman theme with its intense action!

What manga fans probably look forward to most is how beautifully the action scenes can be depicted. In Episode 1, there weren’t many action scenes yet, so it’s still hard to say...... But the story, characters, and setting were conveyed well enough, and I’m eager to see more action-packed episodes in the anime!

Of course, since this is Episode 1, even those new to the series can find it enjoyable and discover the charm of SAKAMOTO DAYS! Young Sakamoto was depicted really coolly, so I was personally very satisfied!
