Doujinshi events have more doujinshi listed after the event than before! If you want to find new doujinshi, be sure to check the page after the event ends!

There are often more new works registered after the event ends compared to before. Of course, some works that were available for pre-order before the event may sell out, but it's more common for new works to be added after the event ends!
