Can you believe it! The three blockbuster anime movies from Japan are getting international releases!

Wow! That's great! Haikyuu!! and Blue Lock have already been released as movies in Japan, but Overlord is scheduled for an autumn 2024 release and hasn't been shown yet. They might be released simultaneously or nearly at the same time.

That's right! According to the news, all three movies are scheduled for 2024 distribution, and each one will be presented by Crunchyroll in collaboration with Sony Pictures Entertainment. Specifically, Haikyuu!! will start around late May, Blue Lock around June, and Overlord around autumn...... but since it's all set for 2024, they will likely be released almost simultaneously with Japan!

I've seen both Haikyuu!! and Blue Lock in theaters, and I think Haikyuu!! gets even more interesting if you brush up on it beforehand. This movie covers the fateful clash between Nekoma and Karasuno, so knowing the history and cooperation of the two teams makes it more emotional, so I recommend prepping for it. With Blue Lock, having prior knowledge definitely makes it more enjoyable, but since this is the first spin-off adaptation, the story is structured in a way that you can understand it even without prior knowledge!
