Hello everyone! Wow, that was a quick announcement! When I heard this news, I was like, what!? They're already announcing a sequel!? I was quite surprised! But it's great news, so I want them to keep making announcements! I'm Saori from Otaku Republic!

The event where the sequel was announced is a special fan event where you can hear voice actors' talk shows and behind-the-scenes stories from the staff, right?

That's right! Fans who attended probably thought there would be a sequel eventually, but I bet they never dreamed it would be announced right after the end of Season 2!

The manga version was completed in July 2023! Considering the pace so far, the anime sequel is likely to cover content from volumes 9 to 12 of the manga

So, the sequel has been announced, but how far will the next part be adapted into anime?

Let's recap first. The manga has a total of 18 volumes and was completed in July 2023! In the second season of the anime, they adapted from chapter 39 in volume 5 to chapter 74 in volume 8. So next time, they'll start from there...... considering the pace, they'll likely adapt content from volumes 9 to 12.

Volume 12 includes a major story arc (just before the serious battles start), so they might animate up to that point. When will it air? Given the timing of the announcement...... it could be January 2025, or it might just make it for an October 2024 start.
